RESUMO DA SESSÃO ORDINÁRIA DO DIA 12 DE MARÇO DE 2018
Após o Sr. 1º Secretário, Vereador Fernando Ficher ter realizado a leitura do salmo e das correspondências recebidas e expedidas por essa Casa de Leis, os vereadores presentes apresentaram seus documentos em plenário.
Foi apresentado o Projeto de Lei CM n° 06/2018 da Mesa Diretora, onde,
“Altera dispositivo da Lei Municipal nº 2.481/2015, que dispõe sobre a concessão de vale alimentação mensal aos servidores da Câmara Municipal de Amambai e dá outras providências.”
A Câmara Municipal de Amambai, Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, no uso de suas atribuições legais, especialmente as previstas nos artigos 12 e 13 da Lei Orgânica do Município, e consoante às disposições insertas na Constituição Federal, aprova:
Art. 1.º Fica alterado o parágrafo 4º, do artigo 1º, da Lei Municipal nº 2.481/2015, passando a vigorar com a seguinte redação:
‘‘Art. 1º. (…)
§ 4º. O servidor que estiver licenciado ou afastado do cargo, emprego ou função, ainda que em virtude de licença-saúde através da apresentação de atestado médico, por período superior a 03 (três) dias, não fará jus ao recebimento do vale alimentação no mês seguinte ao da referida licença.
(…)’’
Art. 2.º A alteração introduzida por esta Lei passará a vigorar na data de sua publicação, revogando as disposições em contrário.
Foram apresentados os seguintes requerimentos:
· Requerimentos n° 015/2018 Autor: Vereador Geverson Vicentim
Conteúdo: Solicita ao Excelentíssimo Senhor Presidente desta Casa de Leis, Dilmar Dalvane Bervian, para que se oficie ao Excelentíssimo Senhor Prefeito Municipal, Edinaldo Luiz de Melo Bandeira, para que informe a esta Casa de Leis, quais as providências/conclusão dos estudos de viabilidade financeira no sentido de se fazer a alteração da Lei 2.049/2007, para a concessão do benefício de uma cesta básica mensal aos beneficiários da bolsa do Programa RENDA CIDADÃ. Conforme segue em anexo resposta de nosso Requerimento nº 081/2017.
· Requerimento nº 016/2018 Autor: Vereador Chico Ratier e Outros
Conteúdo: Solicita ao Presidente da Câmara Municipal, Vereador Dilmar Dalvane Bervian, para que se oficie ao Excelentíssimo Senhor Prefeito Municipal, Edinaldo Luiz de Melo Bandeira, que informe a esta Casa de Leis, qual a possibilidade de se fazer um levantamento através da equipe de engenharia do município, no sentido de conter a erosão e recuperação dos lotes do Cherogami 5 na Rua Aluízio de Souza, no Parque Residencial Orlando Viol, saída para Caarapó, próximo ao Lagoa Tênis Clube.
Reiterando o Requerimento nº 082/2017, de minha autoria, aprovado em Sessão Ordinária do dia 28 de agosto de 2017, que na época a resposta foi que estaria em estudo, razão pela qual voltamos a apresentar para informamos aos moradores do referido local qual a providência a ser tomada.
Foram apresentadas as seguintes indicações:
· Indicação nº 028/2018 Autor: Vereador Humberto Hasegawa
Conteúdo: Indicamos, na forma regimental, depois de ouvido o plenário, aos Excelentíssimos Senhores Deputados Federais, VANDER LOUBET E ZECA DO PT, a possibilidade de viabilizarem emenda
parlamentar no Orçamento Geral da União, no valor de R$ 160.000,00 (cento e sessenta mil reais), para a aquisição de equipamentos para Associação dos Piscicultores de Amambai, tais como segue lista em anexo.
· Indicação nº 029/2018 Autor: Vereador Ilzo Victor e Outros
Conteúdo: Indico, na forma regimental, depois de ouvido o plenário, ao Excelentíssimo Senhor Deputado Federal, GERALDO RESENDE, a possibilidade de viabilizar emenda parlamentar no Orçamento Geral da União, no valor de R$ 400.000,00 (quatrocentos mil reais), para a aquisição de dois ônibus, para o nosso Município, com a finalidade de atender aos Universitários que se deslocam para as cidades de Dourados e Ponta Porã.
· Indicação nº 030/2017 Autor: Vereadora Maikell Ruiz e Outros
Conteúdo: Indico, na forma regimental, depois de ouvido o plenário, ao Excelentíssimo Senhor Prefeito Municipal, Edinaldo Luiz de Melo Bandeira, a necessidade de atendimento ao Lar do Idoso “Frei Fabiano de Cristo”, conforme segue:
à Pintura das dependências em geral;
à Construção de um estacionamento no local.
à Aquisição de uma Máquina Industrial Lavadora de Roupas com capacidade de 30 kg;
à Aquisição de uma Secadora de Roupas Industrial com capacidade para 20 Kg;
à Disponibilizar um dos Trabalhadores do Programa Renda Cidadã para a manutenção da limpeza do local;
· Indicação nº 031/2017 Autor: Vereador Fernando Fischer
Conteúdo: Indico, na forma regimental, depois de ouvido o plenário, ao Excelentíssimo Senhor Prefeito Municipal, Edinaldo Luiz de Melo Bandeira, a necessidade da instalação de uma passarela elevada, com passagem para pedestres, na Rua da República, entre as Ruas Vereador João Neves e Dos Expedicionários, em frente ao Supermercado Planalto;

Conteúdo: Indicamos, na forma regimental, depois de ouvido o plenário, a Excelentíssimo Senhor Prefeito Municipal, Edinaldo Luiz de Melo Bandeira, a necessidade da construção de estacionamento na Rua José Bonifácio, na lateral do Centro de Educação Infantil Nosso Lar, na Vila Jussara.

Conteúdo: Indicamos, na forma regimental, depois de ouvido o plenário, a Excelentíssimo Senhor Prefeito Municipal, Edinaldo Luiz de Melo Bandeira, a necessidade de viabilizar recursos para que seja feita a REFORMA DO POSTO DE SAÚDE DA VILA SÃO LUIZ em nosso Município.

Conteúdo: Indicamos, na forma regimental, depois de ouvido o plenário, a Excelentíssimo Senhor Prefeito Municipal, Edinaldo Luiz de Melo Bandeira, a necessidade de viabilizar um veículo para ficar à disposição do Hospital Regional, para transportar pacientes, entre eles, idosos, crianças e gestantes, quando necessário.

Conteúdo: Indicamos, na forma regimental, depois de ouvido o plenário, a Excelentíssimo Senhor Prefeito Municipal, Edinaldo Luiz de Melo Bandeira, a necessidade de se fazer o rebaixamento do canteiro central da Avenida Nicolau Otaño, entre a Avenida Pedro Manvailer e a Rua Sete de Setembro, para a construção de estacionamentos, (mais precisamente em frente ao Bar do Miltinho ao lado do Ponto de Mototáxi, no sentido Oeste), tendo em vista a variedade de comércios que ali estão instalados, sendo esta uma avenida com um considerável fluxo de veículos, razão pela qual solicitamos a implantação de estacionamentos para melhorar o tráfego de carros e dos transeuntes, que terão mais segurança para se deslocarem naquele local.
