A polícia ainda finaliza o flagrante do feminicídio que ocorreu em Sidrolândia, a 64 km de Campo Grande. O desossador de 43 anos se apresentou na delegacia, inclusive com a faca utilizada no crime. Segundo o delegado Carlos Trevelin, responsável pelas investigações, ao menos 25 golpes atingiram a mulher nas costas, peito e pernas. E o agravante neste caso, ainda conforme a polícia, é que duas filhas da mulher presenciaram toda a cena e chegaram a pedir socorro para vizinhos.
“Mesmo ele se apresentando espontaneamente na delegacia, entendi que a crueldade do crime nos deu condições para decretar a prisão em flagrante. Estamos comunicando o juiz e pedindo a preventiva para o suspeito. Ele prestou depoimento e falou que a amava muito, não aceitava o fim do relacionamento”, explicou ao G1 o delegado.
O casal estava junto há 3 anos, conforme a investigação. “Eles não tinham filhos em comum, somente as duas meninas da vítima que moravam com eles. Eu ainda não confirmei ao certo as idades, mas, são duas crianças de 5 a 6 anos e outra de 9 a 10 anos. Elas viram o momento em que o homem golpeou a mulher e entravam e saíam na casa, pedindo socorro para os vizinhos, segundo as testemunhas”, comentou Trevelin.
De acordo com a delegado, as pessoas ouvidas informaram que o suspeito era “briguento e um cara esquentado”. “As testemunhas relataram ao menos 4 brigas com o envolvimento do suspeito. Nestes casos, não encontramos registros de ocorrência. A vítima, de 33 anos, também não comunicou nada, porém as informações é que ela não queria mais ficar junto e estava pedindo a separação, momento em que o suspeito insistiu, ameaçou e deu o primeiro golpe”, comentou.
A partir daí, o pai do suspeito, que também mora na mesma residência, tentou impedir o desossador. “Ele disse que segurou o braço, mas, o homem se desvencilhou e deu vários golpes. As meninas também pediram socorro e isso acabou chamando a atenção de duas testemunhas. O laudo pericial deve apontar ao certo, mas, somente nas costas foram 18 sinais”, ressaltou Trevelin.
O homem possuía um antecedente por furto, no ano de 2011. Agora ele será indiciado pelo feminicídio, com o agravante de cometer o crime na frente das filhas da vítima. As crianças estão com uma tia, que foi chamada por vizinhos que conheciam a família da mulher.
Entenda o caso
A mulher foi morta a facadas no início da madrugada de sexta-feira (27). O suspeito se apresentou na delegacia após alguns minutos, por volta da meia-noite, dizendo que havia matado a companheira.
Segundo informações do boletim de ocorrência, ele estava com a camiseta, braços e pernas sujos de sangue e disse à investigadora que a faca ficou no local do crime. A Polícia Militar (PM) foi acionada e, no local, constatou que a mulher estava ferida caída no chão. Os policiais demoraram cerca de 10 minutos para entrar no condomínio porque o portão estava fechado e não havia porteiro.
O Corpo de Bombeiro também foi chamado e quando chegou a mulher já estava morta. Ela tinha diversos ferimentos. Uma faca suja de sangue e quebrada foi encontrada na rua do condomínio e apreendida. Conforme o registro policial, o homem não estava embriagado, não aparentava estar sob efeito de entorpecentes e disse à investigadora que toma remédios controlados para depressão e sono.
